Buyer's Guide

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" on the homepage. Fill in your details, verify your email, and you're ready to browse and bid.

How does bidding work?

Find an item you like, enter a bid higher than the current price. Your payment method will be authorized (not charged) when you bid. If you're outbid, the hold is released. If you win, you're charged.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. You must add a card before bidding.

How do I pick up items?

When you win, the seller provides 3 pickup time slots. Choose one and collect the item. Verify pickup with the provided code.

Can I get delivery?

Yes! After winning, you can request delivery. Local delivery partners will contact you via live chat to arrange delivery and pricing.

Seller's Guide

How do I list an item?

Go to your Dashboard > Create Listing. Upload at least 4 photos, write a detailed description (160+ chars), add measurements, and set 3 pickup time slots.

What are the commission rates?

24-hour auction: 18% | 3-day auction: 14% | 7-day auction: 10%. Commission is deducted from the final sale price.

What if my item gets no bids?

You pay nothing! If no one bids, the auction simply expires. You can relist for $3.

Can I end an auction early?

Yes, if no bids have been placed after 12 hours, you can end the auction early for a 2% fee.

When do I get paid?

After the buyer picks up the item and pickup is verified, payment (minus commission) is released to your account.

Delivery Partner Guide

How do I become a delivery partner?

Register at the Delivery Partners page with your business details, vehicle info, and service areas.

How do I get delivery requests?

When a buyer wins an auction and requests delivery, partners in the area see the request and can respond.

How is pricing determined?

You set your own rates! Negotiate directly with buyers via live chat based on distance, item size, etc.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, valid vehicle insurance is required. We recommend commercial delivery insurance.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use Stripe for all payment processing. Your card details never touch our servers.
